Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases on minamorecy.com, operated by Tannous Investment LTD, trading as Minamore. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code we send on WhatsApp. Keep access to your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the price was shown in error, and we refund anything you paid.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the time shown at checkout.
• Made-to-order items are produced for you after the order is confirmed and take longer to deliver.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as cash on delivery, bank transfer and card. Card payments are processed by our payment provider.

Delivery and pick-up

We deliver to the addresses and areas offered at checkout, or you can pick up your order where offered. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns and refunds

Contact us if you want to return an item. Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or as store credit.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be spent on the shop until their expiry date, cannot be exchanged for cash and should be kept safe like cash.

WhatsApp messages

By giving us your number you agree to receive WhatsApp messages needed for sign-in and your orders. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tannous Investment LTD is registered.
