Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tannous Investment LTD ("we", "us"), trading as Minamore, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use minamorecy.com and when we contact you on WhatsApp. Tannous Investment LTD is the data controller.

Data we collect

• Your mobile phone number, which you use to sign in with a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.
• Your name, delivery addresses and any notes you add to an order.
• Your orders, payments, gift cards, wishlist and cart.
• Your language and currency preferences.
• Basic technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and anonymous page view counts used to improve the shop.

We do not store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use your data

• To sign you in securely with a WhatsApp verification code.
• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
• To send you WhatsApp messages about your account and orders: verification codes, order confirmations, status and delivery updates, and back-in-stock alerts you asked for.
• To send offers on WhatsApp only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep accounting records and meet our legal obligations, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

WhatsApp messages

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to send messages. When we message you, your phone number and the message content are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We only message numbers that have given them to us. Reply STOP, or tell us in the chat, to stop marketing messages; you will still receive messages needed for your orders and sign-in.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Meta (WhatsApp) to deliver messages;
• delivery partners, to deliver your order;
• payment providers and banks, to take payments and issue refunds;
• our hosting provider, which stores the shop's data;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are not kept.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. See our Data Deletion page or contact us using the details below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The shop is served over HTTPS, sessions are protected with secure cookies, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.

Children

We sell products for children, but our shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
