You can ask Tannous Investment LTD (Minamore) to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send us a WhatsApp message or email using the contact details below.
- Write "Delete my data" and include the phone number you use on minamorecy.com.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from that number so nobody else can delete your account.
What happens next
- We delete your account, name, addresses, wishlist and preferences within 30 days.
- We stop all WhatsApp messages to your number.
- Invoices and order records we must keep by tax law are kept for the required period, with nothing beyond what the law requires, and then deleted.
Stopping messages only
If you only want to stop marketing messages, reply STOP on WhatsApp. Your account stays as it is. See the Privacy Policy for more.
